About Villa Zinnia

Villa Zinnia is a beautiful three bedroom villa with its own pool and gardens, nestling in the olive groves of Kalkan with views of the Taurus mountains and Kalkan bay.

Luxurious and well equipped, the villa will sleep up to 8 in its large, spacious bedrooms.  The villa is in a superb location set back from the Kalamar Road. It is only a 10 minute, mainly level walk into the centre of town so, unlike most villas in Kalkan, there is no steep hill to climb or taxi needed at the end of your night out. With a supermarket and boutique hotel serving poolside drinks and meals within a minutes walk, it makes Villa Zinnia the perfect rental choice for a relaxing, peaceful and comfortable holiday.

Downstairs

On entering the villa you will step into a spacious, open plan kitchen and dining room. The fully fitted modern kitchen is contemporary with granite worktops and includes a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and built in hob and oven.  The area is completed by a rectangular dining table, perfect for breakfast or a special home cooked meal.

The open plan lounge area has a large corner suite and matching armchairs, a flat screen plasma TV and DVD and assorted DVDs. We also have a Playstation 3 with games and an ipod dock. Also downstairs is a shower/bathroom.

Outside

Two sets of patio doors lead onto the covered pool terrace with patio furniture and bbq, perfect for al fresco dining.  Sun loungers surround the nicely sized pool and mature gardens and potted plants add plenty of colour to the villa. Behind the garden are olive groves, and to the side of the pool views of the Taurus mountains can be seen. (Please note the pool has no shallow end and small children must be supervised at all times)

First floor:

A staircase leads to the first floor, which has two bedrooms. The first large double bedroom has a small balcony and generous double bed and plenty of room for a second bed or a cot, whilst the second bedroom has twin beds. A family shower and bathroom is also on this floor.

Top Floor:

A staircase leads to a utility room containing a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a large master bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and private balcony with views to the mountains and Kalkan bay.
